Looking for ideas from big corporate HR people on best medical exception to file so I can work from home full time..

I work for a very large bank in the USA. The company started calling people back from covid-work-from-home last Sept and shortly after that changed to a hybrid type schedule (3 days in the office/2 work from home). They were pretty lax on showing up though until just recently – now it seems the higher ups are flexing a bit and they’re starting to take role count. My boss and fellow colleagues all work in a different state and there is literally ZERO reason for me being in the office.. so my only way now to stay home is filing a medical exemption with HR.. I’m just looking for ideas on what would be the easiest and essentially most guaranteed “condition” or “circumstance” I could bring to HR to make this happen. I have a great psychologist who will sign off on most anything.. and I have no qualms with…
