Looking for someone to guide me through the process of suing my former employer for firing me with disability discrimination.

I know it’s difficult to prove and that you need to establish a pattern of discrimination, etc. I just need to know where to start/ what to do. Is there an organization or an advocacy group I can call/email who can help me? Websites are only confusing me. I need to talk to people who will walk me through the process. Worried of wasting time with people who don’t know what they’re talking about. Need resources. Need guidance. TIA
