Had interview with company that I was 2 minutes late to due to THEM giving me the incorrect address.(the address is also incorrect on the website and google maps…) Didnt get the job due to being late, no exceptions. Just got hired on to a company where the manager was late 30 + minutes to the interview. 1st day of work, nobody knows whats going on. No schedule for the upcoming days… Asked for manager and was told they “accidentally” went home….? I'm just really frustrated with the work market in general. I literally had to leave m last job due to them maxing out on my mental state. I am just so frustrated on how companies have such high expectations of us and we are expected to “deal” with and “understand” when ever they aren't doing what THEY are supposed to do.
