Lower hourly rate longer hours?

Ok, I tried this is r/work first and let’s just say it’s a little less ‘vibrant’ in there. I start work at the same time as 2 others. They do 3 hours each and I do 6.5 hours. We all basically do the same low paid unskilled work. Someone also comes in for 1.5 hours after I leave, again, the same work. They are all on a higher hourly rate than me by 14%, 28.5%, one undisclosed and another is currently being advertised at 5%. Do you think it is fair they’re paid a higher hourly rate to incentivise shorter hours or do you think I’m being paid less for the ‘ honour’ of more manual work. Someone on r/work ‘helpfully’ replied that I get paid more… There is no wrong answer. It would put my mind at rest if you thought it was a pretty standard allocation of wages.…

There is no wrong answer. It would put my mind at rest if you thought it was a pretty standard allocation of wages. At the moment It feels like I’m being screwed over, but I might not be.
