Just wanted to vent really as I’ve never been so blown away in my entire life. Utterly gob smacked.
Is it normal to be made redundant but then have one of your bosses tell you that you need to design a new process on how your role / job will work and continue to function WITHOUT you? I kinda assumed that when the bosses deemed my role redundant, it was because THEY had thought of a better way of doing it, but they want ME to think of that?
Maybe this is normal? I felt really kicked in the teeth.
