I've had my job for about 7 or 8 months now I think and this week I was called in for a meeting where they told me my position would not exist after July. I completely understand this decision and I was about to give notice to leave after July anyway. My problem is that they're doing everything they can to avoid redundancy pay (and they're being very very open about it with everyone who is also being made redundant) and they've been treating me awfully since those meetings. Everything I do is wrong. I should be able to read minds apparently. And god forbid my vertigo impacts my ability to work. I'm honestly really fed up with how they're treating me. They pick apart everything I do and criticise every little thing, even when it's something they've told me I should do before. I've also been told I can't take time off for exams. I'm considering handing in my notice sooner and getting out of there but they're super understaffed.
