Management expects me to work multiple 45-50+ Hour Weeks Before they consider adressing the situation

I (28M) am an Account Manager for a Technology company, I over see a major company that has multiple brands working with us. As of recently management has decided to also add in an additional brands under me to manage and the stress of the existing brand and the new brand has me at my whits end. I am struggling in my day to day to get things done between emails and questions from clients, the actual work load and then trying to progress new process efficiencies documentation. As of now the one singular company with multiple brands that I handle consumes the full 40 Hr work week, adding in extra work and brands has me working extra hours every night just to keep up. I really don't know what to do, I've spoke with my manager and higher ups, I've complained that I am over worked and extremely stressed. All I get back is don't worry you are doing a good job, some times you'll be working 50 hours a week and sometimes less. The pay is decent but not good enough for this level of stress. I really don't know what to do, I'm ready to put in my two weeks but I'm worried because I've been at this company less than a year and I don't want that to look bad with future employers as lack of commitment or something.

If anyone has any suggestions or helpful advice it would all be greatly appreciated.
