Serious question: Has anyone ever had a manager that actually made you better or gave af about your career goals and helped you to achieve those goals? In my entire career, I have never had a manager that did either of these things. It’s sad that people can be put into management roles, but do fuck all to actually help their team. Ah, corporate life.
