So I work at a restaurant and my manager clocked me out today without me knowing. He clocked me out at 10:30 which is when my shift ends but I stayed until 10:55 just because closing stuff ya know. We had a dumb disagreement earlier during the day which got him heated I guess and I feel like this is how he responded. It’s not really the fact that he fucked me over 25 mins it’s more of the way I feel now knowing he feels like he can step on me just cause he’s the GM. How should I handle or approach this?
