Manager fixes employee’s hours (seeking advice)

I have a coworker that comes in anytime between 12pm-1pm but is scheduled for 10am with breakfast and a coffee in hand. They proceed to “work” by first invading the communal snack cabinet then having a seat at his station to watch YouTube videos, go on video calls, seek supplies for personal use and chatting up the aisle. They are another fulfillment associate but with a decent number of years at the company. Today, towards the end of our shift (~7pm), they refer to the manager as “Auntie” in their native tongue and asks her to ”fix their hours” from 1pm to 10am rather. This was granted. I was absolutely annoyed by this as an employee who begged to be a part of this company after my 3 month period (which turned into 5) and who comes in early to practically fill in for those who call out or have some seniority to sit around.

I wished them a good night as we were the last 3 left from our department. I want to report this, but I’m not sure how to go about. I have reported some senior employees for bullying when I had first joined but they were kept. Since then, I have been treated differently on top of the bullying.

I want to be a part of the company since it’s been my first really good job with great pay and benefits but I have no way of quitting to seek another. I’m located in the diamond district of NYC.
