I’ve only been working with this company since November first. I ended up getting a stomach bug the day of my 8 hour shift. I had been throwing up since 5am with little to no sleep. I call the manager to tell her I probably won’t be able to make it today 3 hours before open and she laughed at me.
“Hey (managers name) I’ve been throwing up since 5am and I don’t think I’ll be able to make it “
“laughs ohhhh (my name) laughs again we’ll see what we can do”
She hung up.
I always show up on time and do everything I’m supposed to. If I get confused by things since I’m new some of the people there are very good at helping me but this one manager is very condescending and treats me like I’m stupid. I asked her about hard-tags and screamers because some of them look the same. Some screamers look like other screamers so I asked her about where they go and she said “does this look like this” “no” “then they go over here” or when I asked about something else she said “I just said that yeah” idk why she doesn’t like me. I try to be as nice as possible
