manager needs help

Since she has had to “be in office”. She got passed over twice for her “AA” role and surprise she got promoted when she applied for the same role in a different department. She trained both of the people promoted to her current roll but only got it after the first quit outright and the second had a hidden pregnancy (good for the new hire hiding the baby, I'd tell my love to do the same) now she's held the roll for 8+months and is killing it. She got passed over twice for her “AA” role and surprise she got promoted when she applied for the same role in a different department.
She trained both of the people promoted to her current roll but only got it after the first quit outright and the second had a hidden pregnancy (good for the new hire hiding the baby, I'd tell my love to do the same) now she's held the roll for 8+months and is killing it. She works in medical administration shizz so we all agree (her too, even “missing” more than one billing deadline) but she works 3 rolls and the two people they hired before her are training well into 8 months… idk what to do, as of the new year she has had to be “in office” it's just apply to the same roll in any other office right?

Tldr my spouse is being abused in her new roll am I right?
