I am on trial. It will end in December. My manager called me back because I was starting early and only leaving at 5. I started to detach later. Yesterday I was in the office and not at home and I only worked 8 hours and didnt do extra. She yelled at me telling to me that I'm on probation and I might not be hired. She always leaves earlier when we all are in office. and when I told her so, shetold me that she could and I couldn't and that I should support the team. None of them had warned me that they needed me though but she said they complained about me leaving. I work hard everyday and she has nothing to say about my impeccable work. She sends feedbacks to our boss and it makes me angry because he could believe to her. I cant even go to hr or to the boss because he wouldn't believe me
