I work in a lead role and work closely with my manager. Quarterly the entire team (except the manager) take a survey on employee satisfaction and engagement. The most recent results were not very positive. She then told me that these results could affect our bonuses. I find this hard to believe as it just sounds absurd.
We then had an all team meeting today to discuss the results where she went through the anonymous comments on the survey and asked if anyone wanted to discuss in more detail about their comments
I’ve raised this to HR, but just want to see if I’m blowing it out of proportion or not?
