My manager asked me to create a shipping label tonight for something that isn't going to be shipped until the end of the week. I don't know about others, but I have a life and other things I do after 5 pm. Also, I do not have a printer. Am I supposed to make a special trip to a library or somewhere else to print this out tonight? I am also a salaried worker, so there's nothing in it for me to put in the extra effort. I just can't get over the audacity of my manager asking me to do this tonight when it doesn't change anything if I just did it tomorrow.
