I accepted a job offer 2 months ago. It was a lowball offer and they refused to negotiate. I was desperate at the time so I took it.
Anyways, an opportunity came up that was giving me a much better / more fair compensation package so I decided to pursue it. I gave my notice yesterday and my manager did not take it well. She called me unprofessional and said she expected me to at least stay 2 years and that I wasted her time. She then hung up on me.
This last 2 weeks are going to be so awkward. Not sure how to face her..
