I'm sick of managers being able to get away with so much stuff, simply because they're managers.
Don't want to drive your own car into the office? They get a company vehicle that they can take home, and their gas is paid for.
Don't feel like going in to the office? They get to work from home.
Holidays coming up soon? They get the whole week to spend it with their families. Us lower-level workers do not.
Instead they ask one of us employees to be an in-charge for the day, and they do not pay them any more to be the in-charge.
Want a vacation? They can just decide to take one, and they don't have to get anybody to approve it.
They get better health insurance coverage options than us.
