Today, I got word from a coworker that a person in management is spreading lies about me at work to other people in management.
This is not the first time that this person has been completely disrespectful and unprofessional towards me. UNPROVOKED
This person told a supervisor that I, “hates women and is terrible to work with.” And went on to speaking poorly about my parent who is a former employee of the same company.
I never had any issues with anyone in management until after my parent began having problems at work. Now I believe the company is treating me like shit because they dont like parent.
Is this slander? I have no history with HR and no complaints about me at all. I work along side women everyday and feel everyone in my place of work loves working with me. Seems like she’s trying to cancel me or ruin my reputation amung other people in management. I’ve already had a verbal complaint against her to the big boss. Now this. Please help I love my job but this is a seriously hostile work environment and something needs to happen.
