Ive never dealth with this before but i am having trouble eating and sleeping since a death at my job occured, racing thoughts etc
I cannot take a leave if i get no pay but i cannot perform in this condition losing weight and more
So my employer loves to play corperate games where they dont want anyone taking any sick time off but big wigs and up
How do i speak to HR to get paid LOA , or is it FMLA or short term disability?
Please help??and i plan on going thru telehealth doctor…
