Micro-managed, need suggestions

I have about 5 years experience in corporate IT as both a project manager and as an about tier 2 technician. 6 months ago I got a new position in a medical setting as an IT project manager, the problem is that I am not under the IT department, my “direct report” is the “executive director of finance” who has let his awful PM, who started about 1.5 years before me, as my supervisor in a way. For reference, this other PM is about at technically adept as my 6 year old niece and that might be an insult to my niece. I am actively looking for another job because working under her is really not ideal. She is a micro-manager to an extreme degree which would be annoying enough if she actually understood my job.

I have a remote office in our tech building and a regular office in the building that she is in. Due to how many tech projects I am on I have been spending most of the week at the remote office. I found out today, she has been trying to spy on me and showing up at the remote office.

I am working on setting up malicious compliance, getting to the regular office anywhere between half an hour to an hour before her (I have a 1 hour commute, she lives down the street) and CC'ing her on every single email I ever send (which on a slow day is over 50 emails).

My IT team loves me, as does a few other departments that have begun requesting me instead of her. On top of this malicious compliance I would love more recommendations on this, I am really at my wits end. Being pretty young I've dealt with a lot of egos or people thinking I can't do my job but this is the first time that it is coming from someone who even on paper is not qualified in any way.

I know I'm being petty, but its the point I've been pushed to.
