Recently I had a supervisor go out of her way to call me out for not doing a certain project. I told her I had at first but she was adamant that I had not and this person micromanages everyone under her.
I asked her to send me the file so I can see which ones and she told me other supervisor had the file I went to the other supervisor and she told me oh no we found the file and it was EXACTLY WHERE I SAID IT MIGHT BE someone moved it from my file to this one and the last modified wasnt me who did it.
This all came about after a meeting where I had to talk to the big boss in DC and get chewed out and NO ONE APOLOGIZED nobody else got in trouble only me.
But I'm 3 months in and now looking at other jobs. If this supervisor isn't gone I will be.
