It's just in their nature. High turnover, low work-life balance. Pay just barley enough to keep their lives together.
Pay so carefully tethered low enough to keep a bare minimum of an ever narrowing standard of living.
Overtime.
Not to get ahead, just to survive. No one's motivated and to be a good manager you have to convey the needs of people you are managing to the powers at be.
Time is a need.
I hate forced overtime. The system is broken. I hope it can be fixed in my lifetime. Thanks for reading my rant 😀
