The place I'm currently working at right now. Been here 6 1/2 years, doing sales. Supposed to be getting paid Hourly + Commissions, with the idea that commission potential was unlimited.
After filing my taxes this year, I noticed that I've made almost the same amount of money every year for the past 3 years, but there's been an increase of 1.5 million in my total sales from 2019-2021. So it got me thinking I might be getting capped in my commissions.
I asked both my managers if they can provide me with my total sales numbers and sales goals for 2019, 2020 and 2021 and they still haven't provided them. Which is starting to make me feel like I am getting ripped off.
So aside from the shitshow of how the business has been ran by these incompetent managers. Now they might also be ripping me off.
If they don't get me these numbers by tomorrow, I'm going to call a meeting with both managers and the owner of the company.
At this point I have nothing to lose.
