Might lose my accommodation to wear a noise cancelling earbud at work

As the title states I have a work accommodation that allows me to earbuds at work. I'm Autistic with ADHD. They are not tied to my phone's Bluetooth. I don't listen to music and most days I only need one bud to get through my shift. I can still hear customers and coworkers. I use it to drown put the background noise such as the in store radio and hum of the florescent lights. The buds fit within my ears and are barely noticeable due to my long hair covering them. My boss has honored my accommodation with no problem. My coworkers could care less. However a new assistant manager recently started working at the store. My boss has honored my accommodation with no problem. My coworkers could care less. However a new assistant manager recently started working at the store. She's been with the company for 30ish years and came in with a stick up her ass.

Shortly after she came to the store I work at the store manager had to leave due to a family emergency, so she took the opportunity to start changing things, such cleaning times, how we do online orders (instead of right away we're told to wait to the last minute), changing everyone's hours without carrying about availability, etc.

When our boss came back, he put a stop to her shit and reset everything. This did not stop her though. She decided to go over his head and start reporting minor things, shoes are the wrong color, a teen employee was late because the bus broke down, cashiers not taking customer abuse, and so on.

Last week she made her way to me when she saw me put one of my buds in. She got mad when I told her I had an accommodation and to take it up with the boss. She stated that accommodations were just another excuse for my generation to be lazy.

I consider myself to be a hard worker, making sure my tasks are done and taking extra shifts when someone calls out. I'm friendly toward the customers and do my best not to ask for help unless absolutely necessary.

It took forever to get diagnosed just to be able to get the accommodation, so that I could better function at work without getting overstimulated by noise.

Should I be worried?
