So I was feeling like a cold was coming a few days before my next shift so I waited to see if it would get worse and because I am a baker my shift starts at 4am so I have to wake up at like 2:30 because I bike all year round. So the day before I called in sick and all that and it’s payday tomorrow so I should have gotten my paystub emailed yesterday or today at the latest I have seen was 10am. I check and I don’t have a paystub and now I am thinking about what I am going to do because I live paycheque to paycheque I don’t have food enough for today I have half a loaf of bread and peanut butter and jam I will starve if I don’t get paid. Like who would I go to if my manager just changed the schedule so they don’t have to pay my paid sick leave.
