My company decided that they care more about the “benefits” of working in office despite constant surveying saying we want to stay fully remote. They are going to have us begin going in once a week.
We literally do not need to be in person at all and those who want to go in already can on a voluntary basis. I've heard no one who goes in now wears masks and I do not want to get COVID.
This post is half angry rant and half advice asking. Other than voice my frustrations with my company is there something else I can do??
