Minimal amount of work for minimum hours

I work a corporate job. It's supposed to be all about the patients (in this case, pets) but the company is all about numbers and not care. Since spring, my hours have been cut to the bare minimum for full time. This coincided with the company raising minimum wage to $15. So while I get paid more per hour, since hours were cut I am basically making what I did before with full time hours. So being paid more, but less work, and my paycheck stays the same. We get no bonuses for seeing more and more patients, and rewards for meeting goals are crap like food and 'team building' events (doing stuff with coworkers outside work). We cram in so many patients, and have to work late or piss off clients because we're taking too long. I want to care about the job/clients, but I've come to the conclusion…

I want to care about the job/clients, but I've come to the conclusion that I will take the minimum hours and enjoy my free time and deal with the lack of money (I do have other little ways to make some extra money like home product testing) I basically do the minimum, and if we don't meet our goals, who cares? I still get paid regardless of what happens. I want to escape this job so much and go work for somewhere that cares for clients.

It's also basically impossible to get fired from this job, because the company has high turnover and they want to retain whoever they can. I have messed up plenty of times and if it were any other job, I would have been fired by now I'm sure.
