Misled when going temp to perm

So I went back into the office for the first time since January 2020 for a temp job that was meant to last 4-6 weeks. I had quit my previous job because it was so unseasonably demanding and stressful that I ended up in the hospital many times and left with a diagnoses of severe anxiety & panic disorder. I was able to get unemployment thankfully, but after that ran out, I had to start working again. I figured since it was a temp job I would be able to handle going into the office 5 days a week, but at the same time my lease was ending and I need to apply for a new apartment and here in NYC you need to make 40x the rent, so I accepted the permanent position since the policy said we would have a 4 day work week & my duties were…

I figured since it was a temp job I would be able to handle going into the office 5 days a week, but at the same time my lease was ending and I need to apply for a new apartment and here in NYC you need to make 40x the rent, so I accepted the permanent position since the policy said we would have a 4 day work week & my duties were written out and seemed like a lot, but manageable. Fast forward to now and I have not been given 4 day work weeks, but instead have to come in 5 days a week & on top of that, they have added so much to my workload that wasn’t in my job description, leaving me to do two jobs in one, while also being “back up” to a co-worker who doesn’t do their work, leaving me to do it all (or else I’m reprimanded). When I asked why I wasn’t getting my remote day as stated in the policy, they said they would just update the policy to eliminate the remote day. Icing on the cake is that when I said I was distracted by doing tasks that weren’t mine, their solution was to move my desk without asking me (sudden change of environment is a trigger for me & I told my manager that to which she told me to “take a 5 minute walk” when I felt anxious) & if I’m even a couple minutes late, I’m reprimanded when my co-worker shows up late all the time and no one says anything. I want to quit so badly, but I’ve been applying to remote jobs every day with no progress. What do I do?

tldr: I was hired under the pretense of a 4 day work week, but they don’t let me take it. They changed my desk when I voiced my issue with being given more work than in the job description. When I told my manager about my severe anxiety/panic disorder she told me to “take 5 minute walks”
