I missed my annual bonus because the HR told me I needed to be an employee on or before 31st October 2021. I started on 1 November 2021. I’m already in a low paying job, working 60-80 hours a week (getting paid only 40, no OT) . I raised it up with my line manager who was very supportive but her superior and the chief turned it down. I feel terrible more about how I’m being treated about this than the 500£ bonus.
