I work for a small metal shop (6 people including owner/boss), we received 2 white boxes dropped off to the shop, boss had me help carry one to his truck, Sales person comes into a card on her desk saying “Thank you for getting our order to us quickly, as thanks we sent your team some steaks.”
Sales comes to me to see if there were any strange packages, I tell them about the white boxes Boss brought to his house (not unusual for him to have stuff delivered to the shop and bring it to his house across the street), we thought those might be the steaks, it would make sense.
Well today Boss told Sales to send a thank you to the customer for the great steaks he and his friends had last night.
