Monday Will Be “Interesting”

I work at a small to midsized privately owned manufacturer that's understaffed by around 25%. In April management said that mandatory OT would be running through at least August. On Saturday, union materials appeared in the break room. The owners, management and HR won't know about the materials, yet. Monday morning everything will change. Anything that I should expect right off on Monday?
