I posted here yesterday about threatening my previous employer into paying my final pay which has been due for around 4 months. I felt bad that time but now I have nothing but pure hatred towards them. I have never felt so angry in my life.
I emailed them a bunch of times today demanding my final pay, they replied at 3PM and told me they can only send half of it, which is very ridiculous because the company has about 300 employees and nowhere near loss or bankruptcy. So having no choice, I agreed. But then the freaking accountant came in saying that they will schedule the release on Friday. I said no, send it today but then it's already 5:01PM and the bank is already closed. STRESS! I need the money for an emergency, not a life and death situation but even so I think they will not do anything about it even if it results to my death. I am very aware that they can send me the amount via online cash transfer but nooooooooooooo. BULLSH*T!
I AM BEYOND AMAZED at how these people can stomach holding this measly amount of money from me when I have provided them thousands of dollars of profit when I was working for them. I have even paid them back my signing bonus so that I can leave that shthole. Worst of all, they are not apologetic, not a single drop of sorry or feeling bad. They are monsters. No wonder they can't get past their 500 employees milestone, because employees leave them for their suspicious contracts and policies, and they treat employees like sht unless you're a bootlicking pet. I just wish I could be done with all of these and cut them from my life.
