No increases given in my company for years now – recently I was asked to take over part of my coworkers job aka “helping out” the team – ok fine. Now I'm expected to take a second coworker's responsibilities since it's similar to what I'm currently doing so they want to add it to my already full plate but not offer me an increase in pay meanwhile the person I'm expected to do part of their work would have no change in pay (it would be the same not decreased). Is this legit? Any advise to how I would go about this?
