I just had the worst job “interview of my life”
Or I guess I didn't…
Showed up at 1:00 which is a time they decided on.
Waited inside building for over an hour expecting to be interviewed.
Person at front desk keeps saying “just a few more minutes guys”
Person at front desk gets a call from interviewer; they're not coming.
Tells me to leave and says I will get a phonecall soon.
Leave and later decide to withdraw my application as I do not want to work for a company that functions in this way, nor do I want them to have my information.
On the way back to the building get phone call from interviewer; “
Hi, is this (name)?”
“Uhh… Yeah what's up”
“Scoff.. ok. We're going to be doing an interview over the phone since I wasn't able to make it”
“I'm not going to be working there, howe-“
Interviewer hangs up
I needed her to tell her employee to come unlock the door so I can get my personal information from them and the boss hung up on me. Wow.
Fuck paw hills.
(Also they have several NDA type deals in their application, as well as a rule against having a phone on your person in the building. I'm willing to bet something happens to those dogs back there. Idk what, but something.)
