I work for a service company and for 23years old make good money. I used to be on call for 2 weeks straight with a partner then 4 weeks off. Each week I was on call I’d get $300 perdiem. Now they moved me to being on call 24/7 for a specific customer and only pay me a measly 4 hours a week. $41×4= 164. I’m so fed up. EVERY DAY on call? I can’t go home and have a beer? I can’t do anything on any weekend ever? FUCK I just need to vent
