So, I worked for a company as a lead instructional designer for the past 6-7 something months. I recently went for an interview where they are paying me 4x more than the company but they're asking me for an experience letter. Here's the thing, the company that I worked for didn't hire me officially. Sure, I have IBM SKillsbuild and Udemy in my portfolio but again, there's nothing to prove that I actively worked in the company.
Don't ask me how it happened. I needed the money and they were giving it to me. But, what can I do now?
