So I have worked 18 years in this company and I just have to work 2 more years to retire. But recently the company has been losing funds and they had to make some work arounds. So my boss came to my office today and told me I have to work 3 more hours for free or else he will fire me. This is a great problem to my life and I can't do anything about it. My boss is blackmailing me and I legitimately have nothing to do. So what do I do?
