The company I work with has slashed our hours to the point that we can’t afford to schedule most of our part time members without going over our allotted 100 hours for 6 people and 3 of which (myself included) are full time. To make matters worse this pay period is supposed to be my rent check and I’m only working 21 hours this week and 21 the week coming up, while I don’t mind having to pick up hours at another location the issue is a lot of locations around me are in the same boat in terms of hours so that’s out of the question and the only place that would hire me part time at my schedule is a gas station that keeps getting robbed and I really don’t know what to do. Im sorry for ranting but I had to get it off my chest.
