My boss is a hypocrite, and I have had enough of it. It’s too much detail to get in to, but my boss is a hypocrite, and after talking about it to my parents, I have come to the conclusion that it would be better if I let my boss get away with that, because if I were to get another job (which I intent on doing in a month or two) it might hurt me, because my future boss could ask for references, and he wouldn’t be very happy about what my current boss tells him. However, I’m a member of the union, and I simply won’t stand for my boss’ hypocrisy. What can I do about this? Should I contact the union? Or is there another solution to this problem? Surely my boss can’t just get away with being so hypocritical?
