Hi all, I have a performance review coming up and I’m required to come up with a constructive criticism for my boss, which would be fine except he’s extremely terrible at his job (and also a bad person) and I know he’s going to use whatever I say against me in the future and harbor resentment towards me. I’m not interested in playing his games, and I’m wondering if anyone has anything generic I can say that serves as a general piece of constructive criticism/management advice, but is tame enough that it won’t lead to anything more.
