I work startup agency and it's work from home.
The first few months she was good to me and she liked my work she kept bringing in new clients and only three people working on 15 clients.
She would over-commit to these clients with creative deliverables.
We would be working for long hours just to complete the creatives.
We would all start going slow with work because we are three people only working on 15 clients and we all were exhausted with work and overwork.
She appreciated my work during the first few months.
Suddenly she would start targeting me if I make any silly mistakes even grammar mistakes and would say I am giving shoddy work.
Start cutting per mistake 100 bucks which were not there in the contract.
She wouldn't do this to the other two colleagues she would keep targeting me.
She would make me overwork on creatives more than 10 times till I was exhausted so I told her, please reassign me to another designer because I have already over work on it.
She wouldn't do it and told me to give creatives by eod.
She would undo my leaves too.
Once told her I was pretty much stressed out because I was working on her client till 3 am and I wasn't doing well health-wise so I asked her for half day she straight away said NO.
I got on the call and said It was not working out and told her that you aren't treating me right. She and I had a massive fight and blamed me for her losing clients.
She told me I can't give you leave because I am losing business I need to you understand that apparently, she didn't consider my sick leave because her business was suffering.
I have a few days left with her and she is making me overwork 20 times on one creative tells me to copy past the format from Pinterest because she over-committed to clients and she keeps giving me feedback and changes constantly she is never satisfied with creatives.
The other two co-workers were not very supportive towards me and another designer like my boss would say that do whatever she tells me to do.
Idk what to do with this situation.
