Hello everyone this is my first post here. So me and my girlfriend just had a baby and months ago I had told my boss hey I’m going to be taking 2 weeks off when the baby is born so I have currently been off about a week and my boss called me and I said I’m going to be back Wednesday or Thursday of next week and he proceeds to tell me that he has booked me work for Monday. He even asked me the day before I left you still taking that 2 weeks and I said yes. So backtrack about 3 weeks ago he was reminded I was taking 2 weeks off and he proceeded to act like he was never told. I am just completely mind boggled at how incompetent he is about this even my girlfriend is upset about this. Just need some advice thank you
