Long story short, I just joined a company and took a job that I think I thought I would love.
It’s hybrid and we can choose which day to go to the office but it’s been set to 2/3 days per week in office now.
My boss suddenly mentioned that someone else abused this “privilege” and she had to talk to that person during our conversation this week since I can’t meet the requirement this week due to some health issues. But I had let her know this beforehand. Is that a warning? Is it a bad sign? Does that mean she already has some bad impression on me? My guess is yes but I am not so sure. I have been here for just a month. Definitely don’t want to leave so soon. Not sure what I can do in this situation. Any help will be appreciated.
