When I was a little kid in denmark, I loved playing cops and robbers.
It wasn't until I started working that I realized that the people who played cops and robbers weren't real cops, they were bosses.
This realization came when I was about ten years old, and one of the people I worked with was my boss.
I had a strong suspicion that my boss was trying to get me to avoid joining a union.
He was friendly with my dad, and they had many of the same interests.
My dad told me that when he was younger the union took all his money and dues and made him take manditory over time he told me that I should never trust a “two-faces greasy scum bag scammer union representitive”
so I consulted my boss on the matter he said he would fire me on the spot for disloyalty for the company in I joined the union if I so much as joined a single union
He had also asked me to watch his children on several occasions.
they were such brats I had to keep them on a leash, when I told my complaints to my boss he just laughed in my face .
and told me I was a bad baby sitter and that he would be deducting my pay
I had no idea how to report his behavior, so I never did.
