Simply because of what I choose to wear on my body. Now, my boss has a little too much personal information about me to say the least (pretty sure the accusation was also made known to some co workers as well.) It’s been awkward at work, and beyond that boss’s mom SHOWED UP at work, causing me to have a full blown panic attack. Can I sue for slander/unsafe work environment? I know slander cases are hard to win, but this is beyond egregious.
