Long story short, I have heard alongside from my peers and coworkers saying that the company will force on anybody to take rotational scheduling even though all of us have set work schedule. I viewed the company's policy on the rotational scheduling, the schedule policy states that it is optional for anyone to have it, wether they want it or not. The managers and assistant managers are talking about it in forcible tone that they're going to pull people into the office and talk about having them to be put on rotational scheduling. All of us do not want it, for the medical reasons, appointments, family, and other personal reasons to have their day offs set on the particular days. I heard that they're doing this for sure to people who have four points of callouts, which makes zero sense at all. Also, they're saying that if the full-time person says no to rotational scheduling, they'll be cut into part-time. Is this stuff legit, because it sure feel like it is not and unethical. So far, I've been applying to other places and having at least 6 or 8 interviews lined up. Many of us are already looking for another jobs and stepping down some certain positions.
