My company is getting a new phone system that sends all of the office calls to your personal phone.

How do I fight this? I don’t know too much about the new phone system besides what my coworkers told me, which is we download an app and all the calls go to our cellphones when we put ourselves as on the clock. I’m not letting the company use my personal phone for work purposes without paying for that. How do I tell them no so they can’t argue back or pull some other bs?
