Just for context, it’s a salon I am a receptionist. We have one other receptionist, I was told full time, I have open availability, I somehow only work 25 hours a week. I get paid 12 an hour and can’t afford this. They treat me like a janitor and I asked about working in. Another area of salon that you don’t need a license for did two days of trained then ghosted. I work for 10 hours a day. And am treated like a second class citizen by stylists I’m about to quit once I can get a call back from some of my open applications.
