my company won’t let me withdraw on my 401k

Ok long story short, I went from an llc, to corporate, and then back to the llc. While working for corporate, I had a different retirement account, it even says CORPORATION on it, so when I left the corporate plant and went back to the llc, my contributions on the corporate plan halted, and the llc retirement kicked back in. Well they're not letting me withdraw the corporate account because they say I'm still an employee, but I'm not a corporate employee anymore. Am I wrong? Shouldn't I be able to liquidate the corporate account if I so choose, seeing as how I don't work for the corporate plant anymore? It hasn't received a contribution since I left corporate, I don't get corporate benefits anymore, so why aren't they letting me liquidate that account?
