I had worked for this company back in the 2910s for 5 years and had gotten laid off. I tried many times to apply for the urge positions that had, but always denied. Late in 2021 I learned that I was blacklisted and couldn't get an answer to why. I managed to contact a friend, who has since become a manager, and he jumped through few hoops to get me kff the blacklist and get me a job back in the same department.
Because of this, I was loyal and open to him. I'd let him know about any problems I was having and thought getting open with him was a good idea. I got transferred, department but different group, and I now had a new manager. Manager was in the chain before my previous manager so I kept that mentality with the new manager.
The new department was more physically demanding and i injured myself. I took a few days off and got back to work. Ever since then, I've been hurting Abe taking half days, days off to get it addressed and fixed. It got to a point where I'd still need days off all I sat when my new manager and explained it to him.
He said he needed someone to be able to do those job duties and would work with me. He probably went to his manager, my friend, and discussed terminating my contract. I thought it was because I might have covid and took the day off to get tested, but my agency said she knew about it before today so it was likely right after I told my new manager.
That was a fucking lie because a month after that, they terminated my contract.
The company never gives a shit about you, even if they're your friends.
